Sordin SmartEar Impulse

Advanced Earplugs for Hunting and Shooting

Equipped with patented impulse filter technology, Sordin SmartEar™ Impulse effectively reduces peak noise levels from rifle and pistol shots. Originally developed for military applications, the earplugs are now used by NATO soldiers. They are ANSI IPIL certified for impulse noise levels up to 166 dB, providing an impressive 33 dB of noise reduction at these levels. Under normal sound conditions, they provide an SNR of 19 dB – ideal for hearing speech and surrounding sounds without feeling isolated.

Preserved Directional Hearing

By allowing air to flow into the ear canal, the design helps reduce the risk of irritation while preserving important directional and spatial hearing – a major advantage when hunting.

Comfortable and Discreet

Made from medical-grade TPE material with comfortable ear tips, Sordin SmartEar™ Impulse is ideal for all-day use and fits easily underneath communication headsets or earmuffs.

Perfect Fit

Two sizes are included – Medium (6–11 mm) and Large (7–12 mm). The filters are pre-installed in the larger ear tips. This ensures a comfortable and secure fit.

Hygienic and Ventilated

The acoustic filters feature a high-tech mesh that helps keep the ears well ventilated.

Reusable and Cost-Effective

SmartEar™ Impulse can be used multiple times, making it a cost-effective choice for users who demand high performance.

Natural Sound

The earplugs preserve natural sound and help improve situational awareness.
